If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your product, we’re here to help any time and under any circumstances

1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product:
• Has not been used or opened.
• Is in its original packaging and condition.
• Is accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• The product was delivered incorrectly.
• The product remains unused and in resalable condition.
Note:
For hygiene reasons, the device is considered “used” once the nozzle or tips’ seal has been opened, and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Used or opened products.
• Replacement tips or accessories once opened.
• Items purchased under clearance or final sale offers.

To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer service team within the allowed return period.
2. Provide product details and photos of the item and packaging for review.
3. Our team will arrange pickup or advise on shipping instructions.
4. Once inspected and approved, a refund or replacement will be issued.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

6. Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, H2Ofloss Egypt will cover all return shipping costs.
• If the customer returns the item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the shipping cost.

Customers may request an exchange for a product of equal or higher value (with price adjustment if applicable) within the same 14-day period, subject to product availability.

H2Ofloss Egypt reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or show signs of use or tampering.
