Shipping policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
- Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days (Express Delivery)
- Alexandria 2-3 business days
- other governorates: 3–5 business days (Standard Delivery)
Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to follow your shipment in real time.
Delays While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or courier issues. H2Ofloss Egypt is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
